Client Onboarding at Thadus CodeLabs

Simple. Transparent. Designed for educators.

We believe onboarding should be clear, supportive, and stress-free. Our process is designed to help schools, NGOs, and education partners get started with Thadus quickly — with full clarity at every step.

A short video below walks you through the full process.

🔹 Step 1: Initial Connection

Getting to know each other

We begin with an introduction to understand your organisation, learners, and goals. You’ll receive an overview of Thadus, our curriculum, and how our offline-first model works in real learning environments.

🔹 Step 2: Quotation Request

Sharing your requirements

If there’s a strong fit, you’ll be invited to complete a short quotation form. This helps us understand:

    - Estimated number of students

    - Target year levels

    - Access requirements (offline, rural, NGO, pilot, etc.)

Based on this, we prepare a tailored proposal for your program.

🔹 Step 3: Quote Discussion

Aligning on scope and pricing

We’ll invite you to a short discussion to walk through the quote, answer questions, and finalise key details such as:

Pricing structure

Number of students

Expected start timeline

Preferred communication method

This ensures everything is clear before moving forward.

🔹 Step 4: Finalising & Onboarding

Setting everything up correctly

Once pricing is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete our onboarding form so we can securely collect final program and student details.

This allows us to:

Prepare your final invoice

Set up student access accurately

Generate certificates and materials

Tailor support to your context

🔹 Step 5: Payment & Access

Official onboarding begins

After payment is received:

Your access is activated

All materials are shared via our website, Google Drive, and/or client portal

You’ll receive a simple usage guide to help you get the most out of Thadus

From first contact to rollout, our goal is to make onboarding clear, respectful, and aligned with real classroom needs — especially in low-connectivity and underserved contexts.

If you have questions at any point, our team is always here to help.
